Tenuta Capizucchi is located in the heart of the archaeological park of Appia Antica, it is the perfect stay for travelers looking for a quiet place, close to the airports and 30 minutes from the center of Rome. Located at the gates of the capital, our structure is the ideal destination for those who want a holiday to discover the historical and artistic riches of la città eterna without giving up the tranquility of a stay in the countryside or a refreshing break by the pool. The farmhouse, completely restored, has been divided into five elegant independent apartments, overlooking the surrounding rolling hills, each with a front garden. Each apartment is structured on two floors, includes a kitchenette in the living area and can accommodate from 2 to 7 people, for a maximum capacity of 25 seats.

The authorities of Rome apply a city tax on all holiday accommodations which is charged and collected by the hosts. The tax requires a contribution of 4.00 Euros per person per night, which will be collected at your arrival. This applies to all guests aged 10 or more, which are staying 10 nights or less.
Please note that the bus stop, which is right in front of the property entrance, is 700 meters away from the apartment itself.
Please note that you will share the laundry room, the swimming pool and communal garden with other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi.
You may use the swimming pool from May to September, according to weather conditions.
Please note that, in case of reservations for the same day, we may need some extra time for the preparation; you will still be able to drop your luggage at your convenience.

Tenuta Capizucchi is minutes away from Grande Raccordo Anulare, which makes all parts of the city accssesible. The city centre can be reached in 30 minutes by car or via local transport links. There is a bus stop right in front of Tenuta Capizucchi; bus number 044 and 702 will bring you to metro Laurentina in about 20 minutes, from where you can move across Rome. it takes 20 minutes to get there by bus or car. There is parking space available in front of metro Laurentina; the price for 12 hours is €1,50
